Physical Products
In order to return a physical product, please notify Wordier of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 7 days in which to return the product to us.
To start the returns procedure, please email hello@wordier.online. You will be emailed with further instructions.
In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Wordier will issue a refund less the original cost of shipping. For the cost of shipping your order, please refer to the postage label used for your delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping may exceed the “Postage and Packaging” charge that was added when you initially placed your order.
Returns of physical products will not be accepted if the customer has already utilised any accompanying digital products. This includes but is not limited to the use of Quizlets.
Digital Products
Full access to digital products will be provided to customers immediately upon booking. Digital products are therefore ineligible for refunds.
This policy does not affect any “Satisfaction Guaranteed” offers that Wordier may offer for promotional purposes.
Our Joy Guarantee
We believe that children learn the most when they’re happy, which is why we want every child to enjoy attending their Wordier classes. If you find that Wordier Live isn’t right for your child at the moment, just let us know at hello@wordier.online and we’ll refund the remainder of the course straightaway. Hopefully, you’ll find that another Wordier resource suits your child better or that your child will be happier to attend at a later date.
